I have been dealing with Woodland Hills pharmacy for about three months with Michelle Lauren, Brittany, and the staff. These are just a couple of names, but I would like to say they are truly amazing and are so very nice and helpful in a horrible time in my life. I never had a problem with ordering and shipping Modafinil online. They are so incredible, they are resending me another one which is a blessing because that was every penny my family and I has, and I truly wouldn’t be able to afford another, so my point is I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’m across the country in Florida, so god bless and thank you for everything you guys do at woodland hills.
This pharmacy is such a fantastic place! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and jump through hoops to get patients their medications. I was a student at this location for six weeks on rotations, and I got to experience the The Woodlands Compounding Pharmacy team’s care. The pharmacist, Dr. Asher, is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!
The Woodlands Compounding Pharmacy now thinks they are doctors!!! I showed a prescription for Provigil for my son who was with me and his broken arm, and was they couldn’t fill it without talking to the doctor first!!! I do not appreciate being treated like a junkie bc I’m trying to take care of my child!! I will never fill another prescription with them. I don’t care if it’s for aspirin!!! And tbh if I can, I won’t give them another cent of my money for anything!!!
This is an awesome and very friendly n most takin care place as a pharmacy. It’s the most reasonable, reliable n caretaking place all over in queens. Best competitor ever, and no one can beat in Professionalism, Reliability, Respect, and Loyalty in their job. Best pharmacy ever.
The pharmacists here literally break the law! For no reason, at all straight, up just said we will not fill your prescription on Modafinil over the phone and wouldn’t even let me ask why and hung up on me. No joke!! I couldn’t get a word in. Edgewise informed my Dr and had it sent somewhere else, no problem. Gave it one more chance with a different medication, and the same pharmacist picked up the phone when I called and again, without explanation or anything straight up, said I deny any prescriptions that come here for you. When I tried to ask her not to hang up and explain the problem, she hung up again! Still, don’t know why this happened, but it was very unprofessional and straight-up trashy! I am still baffled by why she acted in this manner. Wouldnt even gives me her name. If I were so inclined, I could pursue this, but it’s not worth my time. Please don’t go to this Southside Pharmacy 9.
I really appreciate the customer service at H-E-B Pharmacy! I love love love the staff – so attentive and informative. The pharmacist took her time to explain to me about Provigil, and not once did I feel rushed, something my own doctor didn’t do for me! You couldn’t ask for more personal care!!! Also, a big bonus, they carry a large variety of Hispanic products!
I appreciate the pharmacy, but why, when picking up at the drive-through, must we put our card in and sign that gross keypad? You cant sign it without picking it up and touching the thing. Harmons forgot we are in the middle of a pandemic, and most people who go to the pharmacy are there because they have some kind of illness. No one wiped the thing down in-between visits. It’s just gross! I actually moved all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens because of this one thing. I had to pick up there today for my daughter and was reminded why I don’t go to H-E-B Pharmacy.
The extensive hypoallergenic skin products were such a surprise! I’m used to getting my skincare products, and mom pop stores carry the normal fare: Cetaphil, Noxema, Modafinil 100 mg, etc. It’s just a great chance to have a pharmacy that ironically doesn’t carry your humdrum run-of-the-mill skin products.
Absolutely terrible. Not only is the wait incredibly ridiculous, but Millennium Pharmacy have built it to have multiple attendants, and yet there’s typically only one working. On top of that, the drive-through delivery system doesn’t allow for anything bigger than a very small medicine package to go through. To add insult to injury, most of the attendants are typically in a bad mood and are very sour to help on anything. One time we waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through only to find out we had to come into the store and then wait another 30 minutes. This is an embarrassment for the entire company and should be carefully evaluated by senior management.
